Biography
Postdoctorate from Centre d’Etudes et de Recherche en Gestion (CERGAM) of Université Aix-Marseille III (France). D.Sc. in Administration from EBAPE/FGV and M.Sc. in Corporate Management from EBAPE/FGV. Adjunct Professor at COPPEAD and Vice-Dean of the Master Program. She was adjunct professor at University of Brasília (UnB) and professor at EBAPE/FGV teaching the disciplines Information Systems Management, and Electronic Commerce in the Administration undergraduate course; Management of Organizational Change in High Uncertainty Contexts and Human Resource Management in the international Master in International Management; and Modelling and Management of Governmental Organizations and Public Programs, in the Master in Public Administration. Invited professor of FGV Management of the disciplines Information Technology and Organizational Change, having teached courses in these fields to the Government of Angola. She was leader of the topic Knowledge Management in the Brazilian Academy of Management (ANPAD) and coordinator of Information Technology Content of EBAPE/FGV. She had fifteen years of working experience in large companies, specially in the financial and education sectors.
