Biography

Professor at the COPPEAD Graduate Institute in Business Administration at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD/UFRJ), in the area of Organizational Behavior / Leadership / People Management. In ESG she is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, by GRIAcademy as a COPPEAD Nominated Trainer and teaches in the ESG emphasis of the Executive MBA. She coordinates executive courses.
PhD and Master in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (IAG/PUC-Rio), has 21 years of corporate professional experience, in multinational companies (Shell Group and L’oreal), in finance and in Internal Controls – Audits, with an international mission (USA) and manages the Latin America zone. In 2021, she acted in a Telecommunications company.
Research interest in Organizational Behavior, ESG – Corporate Responsibilities including Compliance Behavior and Sustainability Reporting, Organizational Routines/Processes, People and Team Management. She has articles published in scientific journals and participates in the European Group of Organizational Studies-EGO’s. She taught at IBMEC RJ management and online MBAs (2014-2021) and at UFRJ-FACC Management MBAs and undergraduate courses from 2016 to 2019. In 2015 she received an award for excellence as a professor of finance at the Ibmec online MBA.
