Biography
In 2012, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Technology in Government (CTG) at the University at Albany, State University of New York, USA. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP), awarded in 2005, which included a doctoral exchange program at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom (2003–2004). She is currently a Professor at COPPEAD/UFRJ and a Postdoctoral Researcher at FGV/EAESP. Between 2009 and 2017, she served as Professor and Researcher in the Graduate Program at PUCRS. She actively contributes as a reviewer for several national and international academic journals, as well as for scientific research support committees. She regularly attends leading conferences in her field and also serves as a reviewer for both national and international academic events. She has served as a topic leader for ANPAD (National Association of Graduate Programs in Administration) and has been a long-standing co-chair of the International Conference on Information Resources Management (Conf-IRM).
