Biografia
Liliane Furtado is a full-time Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior, Leadership and People Management at COPPEAD Graduate School of Business. She holds an MSc (2012) and a Ph.D. (2016) in Administration from the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE) of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Before joining COPPEAD, she was a part-time professor at EBAPE and a visiting professor at the master’s Program in Administration at Fluminense Federal University (UFF). Liliane also worked for 10 years at the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), the Brazilian agency responsible for official statistical information in Brazil. Her research interests include experimental designs applied to organizational behavior phenomena, contemporary leadership perspectives, team and individual psychological/motivational processes, and diversity and inclusion issues from a micro-perspective.
